When life or work’s got yah down, when the only things that seem to happen are all bad things and nothing’s going right, don’t get discouraged! instead, make a list of ten sure-things that you can accomplish to your satisfaction in a short amount of time, and then do them. Make a list, check ’em off. I do this from time to time; it makes me feel better, and motivated, and gives me energy to deal with the actual crap I would rather procrastinate on. YEAH!
